AMC — Stubs Loyalty Program Launch
AMC Movie Theatres was launching a new, first-of-its-kind loyalty program called AMC Stubs. It combined rational benefits like concession discounts with emotional ones like an online, virtual stub book that tracks your movies. We helped to develop the program architecture from the ground up, create the look, feel and voice, and generate assets to drive signups. Point of purchase signage, video, email, website, experiential and more—we used every channel we could to get the word out.
For someone who loves movies as much as I do, this was a dream project. Going in to watch a movie and seeing a video I helped create play before it was an amazing experience.

Each person who signed up for Stubs got access to an online stub book that would track all the movies you saw at AMC. You could rate and review movies and share stubs with friends. It added collectability and a social element to the program that was pioneering in the space.

As a part of the launch, we created an interactive Stubs movie memory wall installation. People could input a movie memory and it would display for everyone to see. These installations popped up in various theatres across the country, and even at special events like The Emmy Awards.
